Schizophrenia, Bipolar, etc.
Do you just work as a Psychologist? Or is there something more you must do? Any specific careers?
I don’t really want to be a family therapist or marriage counselor – I’m more interested in the make up of the human mind than relationships.
I very well know the difference between Psychology and Psychiatry.
I don’t want to prescribe meds.
Meds aren’t always the answer for mental illness.

Clinical Psychologists deal mostly with the mental illnesses you describe. Although all Psychologists learn about them, not all treat them. What you mention about Marriage Counseling and Family Therapy are specializations a Clinical Psychologist can make.
