I want to be a Fish and Game Warden but i recently found out from a recruiter that I can’t be one due to the Class A misdemeanor I have. So I want to know if there is a career I can do that pays good in Criminal Justice so I don’t have to change my major and start all over again. I’m located in Texas just incase that helps. my major in college is criminal justice. i want to be a cop but i also have always been interested in the investigation part. I want to be at the crime scene, take photographs, investigate blood splatter direction, collect evidence, etc.
what career is this called and what classes should i take in order to do this? is employment for this career good?
im a 18 year old female and im graduating high school next year and i want ot go into criminal justice. either a police officer or a probation officer i grew up watching cops on tv all the time and i really seem to like it and i also love to help people and get the bad people off the street when i was 15 i was raped and they never found the guy so i want to be able to help others in situations like that also. i do have a 3 month old baby boy that i need to support so i need a good paying job.

i’m a single mother of three boys. before my boys i was studying to get my criminal justice degree to be an agent. However i met my husband seven years ago had kids and he left me soon enough when he got tired of me and we split. Now i want to continue my career and be a special agent. is it wrong because i’m a mom? i feel the field is quite dangerous.
